2. Collection and storage of personal data

We process personal data exclusively within the scope of the legal provisions (GDPR, BDSG, TTDSG). Use of the panel is only possible after prior registration by the operator.

For what purpose:

Authentication and access to the customer portal
Management of stream assignments and billing
Communication by email (e.g. password reset, support)

Which data: email address, name, IP address (truncated in log files), login timestamp, technical panel usage data.

3. Server logs

When the panel is accessed, technical data (IP address, timestamp, requested URL, user agent) is temporarily stored in server logs. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in security and proper operation). Logs are deleted after 14 days at the latest.

4. Cookies / session storage

We use exclusively technically necessary session cookies to maintain the login session. These are deleted on logout or 12 hours after login at the latest. No tracking or marketing cookies are set.

5. Email dispatch

System emails (password reset, notifications) are sent via our own SMTP server or a commissioned service provider. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR (performance of contract).

6. Disclosure to third parties

Your data is only disclosed to third parties if this is necessary for the performance of the contract (e.g. payment processing via Stripe) or if there is a legal obligation.

8. Retention period

We store your personal data for as long as is necessary for the respective purpose or as required by statutory retention obligations (e.g. 10 years for invoices pursuant to § 147 AO).

We reserve the right to amend this privacy policy in order to adapt it to changed legal situations or to changes in the service. The current version is available at any time under /datenschutz.
